Jason Wolfe - Founder & CEO
Jason Wolfe is an online visionary, entrepreneur, businessman, and leader. Jason created MyCoupons.com in 1995, the first online coupon site. In 1997, he started DirectLeads.com, one of the first online lead generation networks. In 1999, he developed DirectCertificates.com, now called GiftCards.com, as a leading online gift card service. In 2002, Jason launched DirectTrack.com which became the world's #1 affiliate tracking and ad serving system. In 2003, he introduced KeywordMax.com, which became one of the world leaders in keyword bid management. In 2004, his company created and patented the Cross Publication and Network model.

Jason was able to raise venture capital from Jupiter Media (NASDAQ: JUPM) in 1999, and an expansion investment from the State of North Dakota in 2002. He successfully sold MyCoupons.com to Valassis (NASDAQ: VCI) in 2000 and sold Direct Response Technologies to Digital River (NASDAQ: DRIV) in 2006. Jason formed Omni Prepaid, LLC in 2007, as a company to power GiftCards.com's secure and non-secure custom printing, processing, ecommerce, fraud review, customer service, and technology. Jason owns Wolfe.com, LLC as his holding firm that owns in whole, or in part, 6 ventures at various stages. Jason attends and supports Orchard Hill Church of Wexford, PA. Jason has a son, Morris James Wolfe, and they live in Sewickley, PA.

Doug Blasiman - CFO
Doug Blasiman leads the Wolfe.com team as chief financial officer. Doug is a prepaid visionary that launched the very first anonymous branded prepaid open-loop gift card through banks, retail stores and check cashing locations. Doug is also co-inventor on numerous patents in the prepaid debit card industry. Prior to joining Omni, Doug was a senior executive officer and CPA with 29 years of leadership experience in business development, finance, operations, marketing, product development, accounting and banking in both start-up and large corporate environments.

Doug was CEO & Co-Founder of PrivaCash, Inc. in 2000, which was the first and pioneering company to offer prepaid instant issue MasterCard debit cards for gifts, personal spending and payroll that has lead into a $billion industry. Doug was an industry leader in developing new products and technology in prepaid debit card programs including open loop branded prepaid gift cards, GPR cards and payroll cards and he has been a speaker at prepaid industry events. Doug also worked as a CPA and consultant with the international firms of KPMG and Ernst & Young for over 10 years. Doug is a member of the Stored Value Coalition, American Institute of CPA's and the Ohio Society of CPA's. Doug has a Master's degree in Business from Bowling Green State University. Doug and his wife, Bev have four children and live in Pittsburgh, PA.

Kieran Chung - CTO
Kieran Chung leads the Wolfe.com team as Chief Technology Officer, and will oversee Wolfe.com's entire development and engineering teams to continue to bring the company's vision to life.

Kieran has more than 20+ years of technology leadership and financial experience and has worked in large, mid-size, and several startup companies. Prior to joining Wolfe.com, Kieran was the CTO of eCommLink, Inc., a leading value-added prepaid debit card processor, overseeing eCommLink's entire development and engineering teams. He was instrumental in guiding the initial design and development of the company's global initiative. He has held senior management positions in the financial sector at companies such as Bank of America, Vereins-Und WestBank AG, iPrint technologies and SkyTeller. He has managed large IT Infrastructures at companies such as AutoNation Inc., largest US automotive retailer, and Interval International, the leading US timeshare exchange company.

He was instrumental in the development of a single worldwide international banking system for Bank Of America and led the implementation of the Treasury and Risk Management Systems for the Latin America & Caribbean Division. He led all of technology for Vereins-Und WestBank AG, a major German international bank, in the USA and Latin America.

He holds a US and Foreign software patent as co-inventor for "Multiple Currency Travel Reservation Information Management Financial System and Method", while at Amadeus, the leading global travel distribution company. This system is used by major companies such as American Express Travel Related Services and major US cruise lines.

Kieran is a member of Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) group and is very active in Cloud Computing initiatives.
