Who we are:
Wolfe, LLC is the parent company for industry leaders MyCoupons.com; the oldest online coupon site (est. 1995) and GiftCards.com; the world's largest on demand gift card and greeting card site (est. 1999). We also own Swapagift.com, GiftCodes.com, and WRL.com. Together our unique combination of sites provide the ability to offer more unique corporate and consumer opportunities than anyone else in the marketplace.
What we are striving for:
Wolfe’s focus is on becoming the World Leader in Gift Cards for consumer and corporate clients. We intend for gift card delivery, use, and processing to be simple, fast, and cost effective. We have 22 patents filed surrounding gift cards, gift codes, and the secondary market. We believe we will change the game for Gift Cards in the coming years…
History:
Wolfe, LLC was founded in 2007, after our founder (Jason Wolfe) sold his prior company Direct Response Technologies, Inc. (which was a world leader in affiliate tracking) to Digital River.(NASDAQ: DRIV). He opened Wolfe, LLC as the holding company for his investments. In 2007, those investments included MyCoupons.com and GiftCards.com, and had a meager staff of 8 that didn't go along in the sale of Direct Response Technologies, Inc.
The vision of Wolfe, LLC was to become a larger scale prepaid technology and retail company involved in reward, loyalty, incentive, gifting and coupons. We wanted to duplicate the success of Direct Response Technologies, Inc. We attracted over 15 former employees, many of the cream of the crop employees from the former company. In 2011, we decided to lazer focus on being the best Gift Card company in the world, and we are focusing on that now.
Wolfe owns a 20,000 sq ft building, became a Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover® secure facility (meaning we produce these types of cards from white blank plastic), became a Visa and MasterCard ISO, and purchased and deployed millions of dollars in DataCard equipment. In 2008, Wolfe purchased Swapagift.com and invested into JamboMedia and online video technology. By 2009, Wolfe started several more websites including; OmniCard.com and WRL.com.
In the last 4 years, one of our companies have been selected as a Pittsburgh 100 fastest growing company. (GiftCards.com 2008, OmniPrepaid 2009, GiftCards.com 2010, and MyCoupons in 2011)
Today, as we write this, we have over 85 employees, we continue to grow with anticipated growth to over 100 employees soon. We opened our third office in St Louis, MO where we have mostly reward and loyalty sales team members. We are 100% self funded, single ownership, profitable, and turnover under 5% per year. We have a great profit sharing plan (10-15% of profits are distributed each year to our employees), we work together as a team toward a common profit and goodwill goal, and benefit from our efforts. We have a cool company-wide charity program where each employee gets to pick his or her charity of choice, and the company will grant $500 toward that charity in the employees name - Check it out.
